Changchun Gives Out First Long-Term Work Permits for Foreigners

Changchun, the capital city of China’s northeastern Jilin province, has given out the first of its long-term work permits to expats.   A cerdony was held on Tuesday as a whole THREE foreigners were given their China work visas. These three are the first to be bestowed with the honor since the impldentation of seven new exit and entry policies on Dec. 12.
